An inquiry came in recently, and the customer asked us if we could produce a part for use on treadmills. Our response was of course we can produce it.
The customer is the CEO of a sports and health company in Belgium. The parts of the project include treadmill pedals, seat fixing accessories and some screws and bolts. Through our detailed communication with the customer, we helped the customer modify the drawings of some parts, especially the pedals, and suggested that the customer use anodized surface treatment for these parts, which would be more durable and wear-resistant.
After a week of proofing and shipping, the customer received the sample and he was very satisfied. After their professional testing, all parts are of high quality and very wear-resistant. He was very grateful for the constructive suggestions we provided to make his product better. On December 5th, he signed a mass production order with us.
