This week, our long-term partner company sent two representatives, Ben and Billy, to visit our CNC factory in China. On Monday, Ming personally went to the airport to welcome our distant guests.
After a short rest, the clients visited our factory on Wednesday. We first took them on a tour of our workshop, which is divided into three areas: CNC turning, CNC milling, and five-axis CNC machining. Each area is equipped with the corresponding CNC machines. We provided detailed explanations of each CNC machine's function and showcased some of the ongoing CNC products, such as custom aluminum automotive parts, modified racing car components, jet ski shells, and custom light fixtures.
During the tour, we learned that Billy is a professional engineer who is well-versed in CNC machining processes and equipment, which helped Ben gain a deeper understanding of the production process. In the CNC milling area, we displayed various fixtures and special cutting tools, further demonstrating our production capabilities. To ensure the precision and quality of our products, each machine typically processes only one type of material. We also informed the clients that we have moved some machines to a new factory and purchased additional new equipment, which has already been delivered. All the new machines will be placed on the first floor of the new facility, ensuring greater stability in machining each CNC part and achieving higher precision and surface quality. Despite the high cost of the new facility, we remain committed to our original goal of delivering perfection in every product.
Next, we took the clients to visit our packaging workshop. During the factory tour, our dog, “Haha,” also made an appearance. It’s a member of our team and particularly enjoys Ben and Billy’s company. Starry explained how we package each type of processed part and offered some suggestions for reducing packaging costs.
In the afternoon, Ben and Billy shared their expectations for how we should assemble the products. They expressed their desire for us to not only produce CNC parts but also assist in assembling the products to save time and cost, allowing them to focus more on testing and innovation. Ben introduced their company philosophy and future plans, emphasizing the importance of our joint growth and development.
During the assembly process, our engineering team worked closely with the clients to understand how to assemble each part. Given our team’s deep knowledge of the production of each part, they were able to identify and avoid potential issues and effectively manage the subsequent assembly process. Billy had prepared thoroughly, explaining each assembly step and key points to pay attention to. By the end of the afternoon, we successfully assembled a product for the clients to review, demonstrating our understanding and execution.
We are very grateful to Ben and Billy for their visit and for spending a wonderful day with us. We look forward to continuing our collaboration and achieving more milestones together in the future, and we deeply appreciate their support and trust over the years.
